Malpractice (Redman album)


Malpractice is the fifth studio album by rapper Redman. It reached number four on US Billboard 200 and was certified gold by the RIAA on July 21, 2001. To date, the album has sold 683,000 copies. It boasted two singles "Let's Get Dirty " and "Smash Something".

Commercial performance

Malpractice debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 chart, selling 148,000 copies in its first week, becoming Redman's first US top ten album as a solo act and marks his highest first-week sales. On June 21, 2001, the album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for sales of over 500,000 copies. As of October 2009, the album has 686,000 copies in the United States.
