This is a list of the college football teams with the most wins in the history of college football as measured in both total losses and losing percentage. It includes teams from the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-A, Division I Football Championship Subdivision, formerly known as Division I-AA, Division II and Division III.
Measured in total wins, the Michigan Wolverines lead all other football programs across all divisions with 962 wins. The all-time win leaders in the FCS Subdivision and Divisions II and III are the Yale Bulldogs, Pittsburg State Gorillas, and the Mount Union Purple Raiders, respectively.
Measured in winning percentage, the Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders lead all other programs with a winning percentage of.856. The leaders in winning percentage of teams in the Division I Subdivisions and Division II are the Michigan Wolverines, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Boise State Broncos, Yale Bulldogs, Grand Valley State Lakers, respectively.
