Liebenbergsvlei River Liebenbergsvlei River is a tributary of the Wilge River , flowing in the Free State province of South Africa .The Liebenbergsvlei is part of the Tugela-Vaal Water Project. Water is released from the Sterkfontein Dam into the Nuwejaarspruit, flowing in the Wilge River to the Vaal Dam .
