Early life

Pullman was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Bill Pullman, an actor, and Tamara Hurwitz, a modern dancer. He has a sister named Maesa and a brother named Jack

Career

In 2013, Pullman's acting career began with the short film The Tutor. He has since gone on to have supporting roles in The Ballad of Lefty Brown, Lean on Pete, and Battle of the Sexes. He also had a leading role in Bad Times at the El Royale alongside Jeff Bridges, Chris Hemsworth, Jon Hamm, and Dakota Johnson; and he also starred in the Hulu adaptation of Catch-22 as Major Major Major Major, alongside Christopher Abbott, George Clooney, Kyle Chandler, and Hugh Laurie. He will also co-star alongside Tom Cruise, Miles Teller, Jon Hamm, and Glenn Powell in .

Music

Pullman plays drums in the band Atta Boy, along with actress/musician Eden Brolin, Freddy Reish, and Dashel Thompson. They released their first album, Out of Sorts, in 2012. They released their sophomore album, Big Heart Manners, in 2020.
