Lemmon Valley, Nevada


Lemmon Valley is a census-designated place in Washoe County, Nevada, United States. The population was 5,040 at the 2010 census. It is a northern suburb of the city of Reno and is part of the Reno-Sparks Metropolitan Statistical Area. Prior to 2010 it was listed by the U.S. Census Bureau as part of the Lemmon Valley–Golden Valley CDP.

Geography

Lemmon Valley is located at , some north of downtown Reno. Golden Valley is adjacent to the south.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of, of which is land and, or 6.57%, is water, consisting mainly of the Swan Lake Nature Study Area, a small wetland conservation area home to many bird species.
