northeastward from
Veststraumen Glacier
for
approximately

western
Queen Maud Land
,
Antarctica
. They were
discovered
by the
Third German Antarctic Expedition
, led by
Captain
Alfred Ritscher
, and named for Captain
Otto Kraul
,
ice
pilot
of the
expedition
.
