Keven Undergaro

Keven Undergaro is the creator of online broadcast network AfterBuzz TV as well as being a writer and producer for film and television.

Early life

Undergaro was born into a working-class family in Medford, Massachusetts, and as a youth showed more interest in video games, comic books and movies and television than school. He was an avid fan of the Adam West series Batman, and went as far as converting the family El Camino into his own personal Batmobile. He even made in-costume appearances as the Caped Crusader and scaled a 50-foot roof in college as a stunt.
Undergaro is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and majored in history. He was not ready to commit to a regular career however, and his creativity led him to aspirations to work in Hollywood. He worked as a carnival worker on east coast in the summer to finance trips to Los Angeles to work as a television writer in the winter. He worked 20 hours a day seven days a week as a 'carnie' and sometimes slept under trucks. During those Los Angeles trips he became head writer of MTV's Singled Out.
After working for MTV Undergaro decided to make an independent film, which in turn left him bankrupt and homeless, not to mention out of the Hollywood game. There was a silver lining in that film failure though, as Undergaro met Maria Menounos, who was then a 19-year-old with epic dreams of her own. It was at that time that Undergaro committed to Maria's career as he strongly believed in her talents. Undergaro became more serious about life and business, and no longer partook the "college life" of partying. He meticulously researched all aspects of the entertainment industry and committed himself to developing Maria's brand as a journalist, author and digital pioneer.

Undergaro operates as executive producer for SiriusXM's Conversations with Maria.
His newest project is The Tomorrow Show with Keven Undergaro, which is described as an overnight talk show for nocturnals, dreamers and escapists, angry loners and those with Peter Pan Syndrome.
Undergaro is a frequent guest of The Howard Stern Show and also enjoys being a career consultant for those he sees talent in. On March 9, 2016, he got engaged to Maria on Stern.
