Kelsey Robinson


Kelsey Robinson is an American indoor volleyball player, a member of the United States women's national volleyball team and Turkish club Fenerbahçe, a participant of the 2016 Summer Olympics, bronze medalist of the 2016 Olympic Games, 2015 World Cup, and a gold medalist of the 2014 World Championship.

Early life

She was raised in Bartlett, Illinois. She attended St. Francis High School and graduated in 2010.

Career

She played college women's volleyball at University of Tennessee and University of Nebraska–Lincoln. In 2014, while at Nebraska, Robinson was named as one of the four finalists for the Honda Sports Award in volleyball.
Robinson was part of the USA national team that won the 2014 World Championship gold medal when their team defeated China 3-1 in the final match.
Robinson won the 2016–17 CEV Champions League silver medal with Imoco Volley Conegliano after losing the final match 0-3 to the Turkish VakıfBank Istanbul winning also the Best Outside Spiker award.
