Katsunobu Katō


Katsunobu Kato is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the National Diet. A native of Kurashiki, Okayama and graduate of the University of Tokyo with the Bachelor of Economics degree, he worked at the Ministry of Finance from 1979 to 1995. He was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2003 after unsuccessful runs in 1998 and 2000.
His career also comprises the following positions:
Katō is affiliated to the openly revisionist lobby Nippon Kaigi.
