John L. Bohanan Jr. John L. Bohanan Jr. is an American politician who represents district 29B in the Maryland House of Delegates . Bohanan is chairman of the House Spending Affordability Committee.Early life and career Bohanan was born in St. Mary's County, Maryland on September 12, 1958.Leonardtown, Maryland and later graduated from Towson University in 1981 with his Bachelor of Science Degree in finance.
