John Christenbury

John Boyd Christenbury was East Carolina Teachers College sixth head football coach. He was also the head basketball and baseball coach. He coached during the 1940 and 1941 seasons. His 1941 team went 7–0. This is currently the only time an ECU team has gone undefeated. He finished his two years with a 13–2 record.
