Jamia Tul Muntazar


Jamia-Tul-Mutazar is an Islamic university in Nowgawan Sadat. It was founded by Molana Salman Haider Abidi. It is located at Nowgawan Sadat, a town in Amroha district, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Program

The school teaches Islamic Theology and teachings of Muhammad, teachings of Ahl al-Bayt and manqulat according to the Shia school of Islamic jurisprudence. Madarsa provides modern methods of learning such as teaching in classrooms, a fixed and carefully selected curriculum, lectures by academics who are leaders in their fields.Molana Ghazanfar Ali Rizvi Chhoulsi and Molana Naeem abbas are the prominent scholars in this university.Students were taught in Urdu, and sometimes in Arabic for theological reasons or Persian, for cultural and literary reasons.The students learn the Quran and its exegesis; Hadith and its commentary; and juristic rulings with textual and rational proofs. They also study the biography of Muhammad and the biography of Ahl al-Bayt and their teachings, Arabic grammar, language and literature, and Farsi.

Primary school

The Jamia Tul Muntazar also provides education from nursery to senior secondary level.

Library

The main central library of the Jamia Tul Muntazar has a collection of about 5000 common and rare books and has dedicated halls for housing them. The library is accessible to the university's students although people from the region can ask for permission to access the books.
