Hu Xia


Hu Xia is a Chinese singer. He was the winner of the sixth season of Taiwan's One Million Star in 2010.

Hu Xia was born and raised in Nanning, Guangxi, China. At first his parents intended to name him Hu Love Xia, but later changed it to Hu Xia. Hu Love Xia is also the name of his debut album
At the age of 19, he left his hometown to Taiwan to participate in the One Million Star Contest for the 6th season. After winning the contest on May 14, 2010, Hu Xia signed a contract with Enlight Pictures. After that, he signed a recording contract with Sony Music Taiwan label, officially debuted as a singer..

Education

Hu Xia studied at Guangxi University's affiliated middle school when he was 12 years old. He had paused his schooling for a year, then went to another school in his hometown. Due to his involvement in One Million Star and his current career as a singer, his studies have been put on hold.
