Hillman, Minnesota


Hillman is a city in Morrison County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 38 at the 2010 census.

History

Hillman was platted in 1908, and named after nearby Hillman Creek. A post office called Hillman was established in 1913, and remained in operation until 1994.

As of the census of 2010, there were 38 people, 15 households, and 12 families living in the city. The population density was. There were 18 housing units at an average density of. The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White.
There were 15 households, of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.0% were married couples living together, 13.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.0% were non-families. 20.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 2.83.
