Harstad University College
Harstad University College was a høgskole, a Norwegian state institution of higher education, in the city of Harstad which is located in Harstad Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. On 1 January 2016 it was merged with the University of Tromsø to become one of its several regional campuses.
It was originally established on 28 October 1983. The present organization was established on 1 August 1994 as a result of the merging of three regional høgskoler. Harstad University College has about 1300 students and 120 employees.Organization
