Grevillea bipinnatifida


Grevillea bipinnatifida, also known as fuchsia grevillea, is a shrub which is endemic to Western Australia.

Description

This species forms a spreading shrub which grows up to 1 m
in height. It has red or orange flowers which appear from early
autumn to mid summer.

Distribution

The species occurs in and around Perth on granite outcrops, hills and occasionally
on poorly draining flat areas.

Taxonomy

The species was first formally described in 1830 by botanist
Robert Brown.
