Gmina Ujazd is a rural gmina in Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Ujazd, which lies approximately north-west of Tomaszów Mazowiecki and south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
