Gmina Nowe Miasto Lubawskie is a rural gmina in Nowe Miasto County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Mszanowo, which lies approximately north-east of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
