Gmina Biała is an urban-rural gmina in Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in Upper Silesia in Poland. Its seat is the town of Biała Prudnicka, which lies approximately north-east of Prudnik and south-west of the regional capital Opole.
The gmina covers an area of, and as of 2019 its total population is 10,586. Since 2006 the commune, like much of the area, has been bilingual in German and Polish.Villages
