Gmina Bałtów is a rural gmina in Ostrowiec County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Bałtów, which lies approximately north-east of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and east of the regional capital Kielce.
