Gluconacetobacter
Gluconacetobacter is a genus in the phylum Proteobacteria. In 2012, several species previously classified under the Gluconacetobacter species were reclassified under the new genus Komagataeibacter, including the cellulose producing species Komagataeibacter xylinus.Etymology
