Gevorg Armenyan
Gevorg Armenyan - Armenian composer, musician, educator. He was born on January 5, 1920 in Tbilisi and died on April 12, 2005 in Yerevan. He graduated from the Musical College after Romanos Melikyan, the Saint Petersburg Conservatory, the Yerevan State Komitas Conservatory. He was awarded the Medal "For the Liberation of Belgrade", the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class, the Honored Art Worker of the Armenian SSR, the People's Artist of the Armenian SSR, the Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945".
