Brentford

Moleski began his career as a youth at Brentford. Moleski's first involvement with the first team came on 9 October 2004, when he was an unused substitute for a 0–0 League One draw at Barnsley. Moleski was named as a substitute for the last game of the 2004–05 regular season at home to Hull City and made his debut after 56 minutes of the 2–1 win as a substitute for Ryan Peters. He made his first appearance of the 2005–06 season in a Football League Trophy first round shootout defeat to Oxford United on 18 October, when he replaced Eddie Hutchinson after 56 minutes. Slough Town (loan and permanent signing)

Moleski signed for Isthmian League Premier Division club Slough Town on a work experience loan in January 2006, which turned into a permanent deal after his release from Brentford the following month. He made 14 appearances during the remainder of the 2005–06 season. Moleski made 31 appearances during the 2006–07 season and scored the first senior goal of his career in a 3–2 defeat to Tonbridge Angels on 10 March 2007. Moleski was released by club after the 2007–08 season, a season which culminated in a bottom place finish and relegation to the Southern League First Division South & West.

After a period playing in Cyprus, Moleski signed for Hellenic League First Division East club Penn & Tylers Green in 2010. He made seven appearances for the club and scored no goals.
