Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss
Georg Friedrich Kaulfuss was a professor at Halle. He described the pteridophytes collected by Adalbert von Chamisso, and he named the fern Cibotium chamissoi after him. The genus Kaulfussia is named for Kaulfuss.
