Geneviève Darrieussecq


Geneviève Darrieussecq is a French doctor and politician serving as the Secretary of State to the Minister of the Armed Forces in the governments of successive Prime Ministers Édouard Philippe and Jean Castex since 2017.

Career

Darrieussecq was the mayor of Mont-de-Marsan.
Since 2017 Darrieussecq has served as the member of the National Assembly for the Landes's 1st constituency after being elected in the legislative election.
On June 21, 2017, Darrieussecq was appointed Secretary of State to the Minister of the Armed Forces Florence Parly in the Second Philippe government.
