It is a 100% subsidiary of the world's largest natural gas company, Gazprom.

Management

CEO - Senior Managing Director of GAZPROM Germania Group is Vladimir Kotenev. Before being appointed the new head of Gazprom Germania, Kotenev worked in the Russian foreign service. From 2004 to 2010 Kotenev was the Russian ambassador to Germany.
