Vision and Mission of Mohd Ateeque

, who hails from Garhi Dilawar, Amethi, has Studied in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi from where he completed his Post Graduation in Spanish & Latin American Studies; and he has rendered his services to WIPRO, Oracle, Accenture and Bank of America as Consultant, Team Leader and Advisor with over all experience of more than 8 years in Corporate industry. After he realized the situations of Muslim youth in India, he started thinking as to how to educate Muslim Youth and subsequently increase the employability rate among Muslims which would increase the employability rate of India as whole. He took an step to transform the Madrasa Education system across India as the products of Madrasas are mostly unemployed for which he thought to vouch for employability of Education that is being imparted in Madrasas.
His visionary mission under the Dilawar Foundation to reform Madrasa Education has been appreciated across India and the Madrasas across India have welcome its steps towards Nation Building. Under the Dilawar Foundation, Mohd Ateeque's mission aims to combat the increasing rate of unemployment of India. For which he has vouched for Employability of Madrasa Education system across India.
He opines, "Employability of the Education is the growing challenge in India; and in this regard, the biggest problem is the gap between educational syllabus/curriculum and the skillsets required for the industry at an entry level/jobs as available in the market. The largest youth population is unemployed, even educated youth is unemployed, despite the fact that the Jobs are available in the market; this is because the education itself is unemployable, which is affecting and would keep affecting the growth of the country very badly unless we take the necessary measures so as to improve the employability of Education among all sections of society; it is a major concern that requires immediate attention."
Taking this into account Mohd Ateeque has launched a mission with the vision of ensuring employability of Madrasa Education across India which is the one of core themes of Dilawar Foundation, based in Garhi Dilawar but working as a body that shoulders the responsibility to handle the said issue at National Level.
