Ford Territory (China)

The Ford Territory is a compact crossover sport utility vehicle built by the JMC-Ford joint venture and was introduced during the 2018 Chengdu Auto Show in September 2018. Despite using the same name as the previous Australian market Ford Territory crossover, there are no relations between the two models.
It is based on the Yusheng S330 introduced for the Chinese market in 2016. It went on sale in early 2019, with Ford China classifying it as an entry-level compact SUV in between the current EcoSport and Kuga SUV product line.
The Territory is powered by a 1.5 liter EcoBoost 145 engine based on the JX4G15 gasoline powerplant developed by JMC-Ford and AVL. The updated engine features Miller cycle, it produces 138hp and 225Nm of torque. A 48V mild-hybrid version is also available in China.
On August 2020, the Ford Territory will be sold throughout the Philippines by Ford Philippines. Pre-sale of the Territory in Brazil will begin on August 7, 2020, the same day as the compact SUV's digital launch in Argentina. It is expected to reach Brazilian Ford dealerships by September.
