Football at the 2017 Maccabiah Games – Men's tournament


The men's association football tournament at the 2017 Maccabiah Games was held in Jerusalem, Israel from 5 July to 16 July.
For these Games, the men competed in a 16-team tournament. Preliminary matches commenced on 5 July, the day before the Games' Opening Ceremony. The teams were grouped into four pools of four teams each for a round-robin preliminary round. The top two teams in each pool advanced to an eight-team single-elimination bracket.
The United States won the gold medal after beating Great Britain in the final 3–0 thanks to a hat-trick by Jake Rozhansky, while Israel won the bronze medal after beating Mexico in a Penalty shoot-out.

Preliminary round

The draw for the groups of the preliminary round took place on 25 June 2017 under the supervision of retired judge Amnon Straschnov, the chairman of the games' disciplinary court Tal Lavi, the Maccabiah's vice-president Roi Hessing, and former captain of Israel's women's basketball team.
