Fluctuation electron microscopy
Fluctuation electron microscopy is a technique in electron microscopy that probes nanometer-scale or “medium-range” order in disordered materials. The first studies were performed on amorphous Ge and later on amorphous silicon and hydrogenated amorphous silicon.
