FIA Drivers' Categorisation (Platinum)

Requirements for Platinum categorization

• Owner of the FIA Super Licence;
• 24 Hours of Le Mans winner in a professional category ;
• FIA World Endurance Championship winner in a professional category ;
• Works driver, paid by a car manufacturer, with results to match;
• Top-five finisher in the general classification in the FIA International F3000, CART/Champcar, IndyCar Series or GP2 Series; all FIA World Championships and WeatherTech SportsCar Championship ;
• Top-three finisher in the general classification of a Formula Three international series or major international single-seater championship ;
• Winner of the Supercars Championship;
• Winner of the Porsche Supercup;
• Winner of the American Le Mans Series ;
• Driver whose performances and achievements, despite not being covered by one of the definitions above, may be considered as Platinum by the FIA.
