Electoral Act 1923
The Electoral Act, 1923 was a law in Ireland which provided for parliamentary constituencies in the 4th Dáil Éireann. The 4th Dáil was elected at the 1923 general election on 27 August 1923.
This Act replaced the Government of Ireland Act 1920, which defined the constituencies used for the 2nd Dáil and 3rd Dáil. It was itself replaced by the Electoral Act 1935, which created a new pattern of constituencies for the 9th Dáil.
It also increased the number of seats in the Dáil by 25 from 128 to 153.List of constituencies
