The average household size was 1.84 and the average family size was 2.24. The median age in the village was 59.8 years. 7.5% of residents were under the age of 18; 3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 17.5% were from 25 to 44; 36.9% were from 45 to 64; and 35.3% were 65 years of age or older. The racial makeup of the village was 98.80% White, 0.40% Black or African American and 0.80% Native American. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 132 households, out of which 12.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.3% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.2% were non-families. 37.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.89 and the average family size was 2.42. In the village, the population was spread out, with 10.0% under the age of 18, 4.4% from 18 to 24, 18.4% from 25 to 44, 36.8% from 45 to 64, and 30.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 55 years. For every 100 females, there were 74.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 74.4 males.
