Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2008


Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2008 was the selection for the song to represent Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. Two semi-finals and two wildcard selections took place to select the 10 songs that would compete to sing for Denmark at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade, Serbia.
In each semi-final the viewers of DR chose which 4 songs would progress to the final through SMS voting. After the semi-finals two wildcard selections were held for the listeners of Danish radio stations P3 and P4, who selected two songs from those rejected in the semi-finals to progress to the final.
443 songs were submitted, 16 of which competed and the winner was "All Night Long" sung by Simon Mathew.
