Dabhi
The Dabhi are a clan of the Kushwaha Rajputs and Kshatriya Kolis, and as such are Suryavansh. Dabhi Kolis ruled over Ghorasar estate.
The Dabhi are found mainly in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.They claim descent from the mythological Suryavansh dynasty via Kusha, who was one of the twin sons of Rama and Sita. Previously, they had worshipped Shiva and Shakta.
Today, the Dabhi generally claim descent from Kusha, a son of the mythological Rama, himself an avatar of Vishnu.
