Cindy Nell


Cindy Nell is a South African beauty queen and model turned business woman, who was crowned Miss South Africa 2002 and who represented South Africa in Miss Universe 2003 and was placed the second runner-up.
She was born in 1981 in Pretoria into a military family.
From 2003 onward she became a television presenter for the Afrikaans life style show Pasella, followed by shows like Woza Lunchtime for the 2010 World Cup soccer, the Grand Pavilion Cricket lifestyle show and as one of the 4 presenters in the popular reality show “The Wedding Bashers” she appeared as contestant and runner up in the South African 5th series of Strictly Come dancing and on Celebrity Survivor Santa Carolina.
Between 2001 and 2006 she had various businesses ranging from events companies, promotional companies to advertising.
In 2006 Nell joined her now husband Clive Roberts in the Cosmetix business which they have grown into one of Africa’s largest beauty distribution and manufacturing businesses.
Nell recently acquired a third stake in Ace Models International a Modeling Academy franchise business.
In 2017 she founded the Women4Women foundation to improve the lives of less fortunate women
She continues to model and appear as speaker and judge for major pageants.
