Christ the King Anglican College


Christ The King Anglican College is a small co-educational school in Cobram, Victoria founded in 2000. Its student population is around 400.
The College includes a mixture of modern permanent buildings and demountable classrooms set on around 30 acres of lawned and treed grounds. Recent improvements to the property include new Junior school classrooms and adventure playground, Senior School classrooms, Library, Arts/music wing, Science Lab, Computer rooms, and Basketball/Tennis courts to name a few.
A traditional academic focussed curriculum is delivered at the College, and is closely aligned with current Australian Curriculum guidelines. Elective subjects feature music, textiles, woodwork, metalwork, drama, home economics, art, ICT and Duke of Edinburgh to name a few.
The College also offers a broad and varied Sports program. Students compete in local and interschool swimming and athletics carnivals. Interschool summer and winter sports days are also part of the program. Football, netball, basketball etc. Individual students are encouraged to compete in a wide range of sports. These have also included Lawn Bowls, Equestrian events, and other sporting events which fall outside the traditional sports program.
