China Tribunal


China Tribunal is a nongovernmental tribunal to inquire forced organ harvesting in China. It is headquartered in London.
The chair of China Tribunal is Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, a deputy prosecutor at the trial of Slobodan Milošević in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Other members include Martin Elliott,, the Professor of Paediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at University College London, and historian Arthur Waldron.
The Tribunal was initiated by the International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China.

None of the China Tribunal Advisory Board members are Falun Gong practitioners. However, many of them have been linked to Falun Gong-affiliated media.

Events

On the 17th of June, 2019, the China Tribunal pronounced its "ultimate judgement" on Organ Harvesting in China and declared the Chinese Communist Party guilty.
