Central Zone women's cricket team


The Central Zone women's cricket team is a women's first-class cricket team that represents central India in the Inter Zone Women's One Day Competition and Inter Zone Women's Three Day Competition. Team also represented cental India in the now defunct Rani Jhansi Trophy from 1974 to 1997.
Central zone has been the most dominant team, especially due to Railways bagging the top players from all regions. Central zone emerged victorious in 7 out of the 8 seasons of the one day competition and won both the first class tournaments.
