Carolyn Griffiths


Carolyn Griffiths is a railway engineer. She was the first Chief Inspector of the UK's Rail Accident Investigation Branch and a President of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Griffiths was elected Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2013.
