Carolina Meligeni Rodrigues Alves is a Brazilian tennis player.
She has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 347, achieved on 4 February 2019. On 20 March 2017, Alves peaked at No. 307 of the doubles rankings. She has won two singles and eleven doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
Alves made her WTA main-draw debut at the 2015 Rio Open, in the doubles event partnering Ingrid Gamarra Martins.
She is the niece of former Brazilian tennis player Fernando Meligeni and sister of junior tennis player Felipe Meligeni Alves.
