Carol Propper
Carol Propper is Professor of Economics at Imperial College Business School and Professor of Economics of Public Policy at Bristol University. She is also a senior research associate with the Nuffield Trust, and has served on the Economic and Social Research Council Research Grants Board. Her work focuses on economic factors in health care reform, and she has served as an economic advisor to the National Health Service.Honours
Propper was appointed a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2010 for her services to social science. In 2014 she was elected a Fellow of the British Academy, the United Kingdom's national academy for the humanities and social sciences.
