Campbell Lutyens is an independent private equity advisory firm exclusively focused on primary fundraising and secondary transactions in the private equity, private debt and infrastructure & Energy markets. The firm has offices in London, New York City, Hong Kong and Singapore and comprises a team of over 120 professionals representing over 35 nationalities.
Campbell Lutyens was founded in 1988 by John Campbell, Richard Lutyens and Bill Dacombe. Campbell, after starting his career at NM Rothschild was an executive director of Noble Grossart for 15 years, an Edinburgh-based merchant bank. Lutyens was formerly a director of SG Warburg and of Merrill Lynch International. Dacombe was formerly a director of NM Rothschild and Royal Bank of Scotland. Andrew Sealey has been the Managing Partner and CEO since 2003.
