Camarillo station

Camarillo is a passenger rail station in the city of Camarillo, California. It is served by both Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner from San Luis Obispo to San Diego and Metrolink's Ventura County Line from Los Angeles Union Station to east Ventura.
A temporary platform opened at the station on February 14, 1994, as part of the emergency expansion of service on the Ventura County Line in response to the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Amtrak's San Diegan trains began stopping in Camarillo on October 30, 1994. Nine Pacific Surfliner trains serve the station daily and six Metrolink trains serve the station each weekday. This limited Metrolink service runs only at peak hours in the peak direction of travel.
Of the 73 California stations served by Amtrak, Camarillo was the 41st-busiest in FY2010, boarding or detraining an average of approximately 90 passengers daily.
