There were 155 households out of which 31.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.6% were married couples living together, 9.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.0% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 2.87. The median age in Brady was 37 years. 26.0% of the population was under the age of 18; 8.7% was aged from 18 to 24; 27.0% from 25 to 44; 22.1% from 45 to 64; and 16.1% aged 65 years or older.
