Bob Dishy


Bob Dishy is an American actor of stage, film, and television.
Dishy was born in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Amy and Nissim Dishy. He is married to former actress Judy Graubart.
He is best remembered today for playing Sergeant Wilson, Columbo's polite, respectful assistant in two episodes of Columbo and as “Mister Terrific” in one episode of The Golden Girls. He also appeared in several episodes of Law and Order.
His film appearances included Lovers and Other Strangers, I Wonder Who's Killing Her Now?, The Big Bus, The Last Married Couple in America, First Family, Author! Author!, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Critical Condition, Stay Tuned, Used People, Don Juan DeMarco, Jungle 2 Jungle and Along Came Polly. He was a regular on That Was The Week That Was, a weekly satirical series that aired on NBC-TV in 1964–65.
