Blue Line (Chennai Metro)
The Blue Line or Line 1 is one of the two lines of Chennai Metro, Phase 1 Project, the second being the Green line. The line stretches from Chennai International Airport to Washermanpet with further extension to Wimco Nagar. The line consists of 25 stations where 17 stations belong to phase 1 and the rest 8 stations belong to the extension. Out of the 17 stations 11 stations are underground and 6 are elevated.Map
