Bierutów


Bierutów is a town in Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district called Gmina Bierutów. The town lies approximately south-east of Oleśnica, and east of the regional capital Wrocław.
As of 2019, the town has a population of 4,867. Its castle is believed to date to the 13th century, and was the headquarters of the local forestry body after World War II.
