Bee Hive (Peak)


Bee Hive Peak is a 6,904 ft mountain of Navajo Sandstone in Zion National Park in Washington County of Utah, United States. Bee Hive is located north of the park headquarters at the south entrance to Zion Canyon. The east face of Bee Hive, named The Streaked Wall, rises above the floor of Zion Canyon. The peak's descriptive name is for the beehive shape of the summit. Precipitation runoff from the mountain drains into the North Fork Virgin River.

Climbing Regulations

A bivouac permit is required from the park visitor center for any climbs expected to last overnight.
