Beatrice Beckley


Beatrice Beckley was an English-born actress on stage and screen. Beckley began her acting career in London before moving to the United States.
Beckley was married to fellow actor and acting company manager James K. Hackett from 1911 until his death in 1926.
Beckley appeared in many theater productions in the United States, including main roles in the "Walls of Jericho", "Samson", and "The Prisoner of Zenda", opposite Hackett. She also starred in two film adaptations of plays she acted in: Should A Husband Forgive? and The Prisoner of Zenda.
